Once again the many are taking the easy way out and leaving the all the work to the few. I can only assume this extends into the area of contacting one's government representatives as well.

All of my Reps are on the "Gun" side, so it is easier for me to get my point registered. Many, though, are not as fortunate, and give-up trying... a mistake, to say the least. Politicians do not normally read mail of any sort, it's their underlings who do the "counting" - yes they sort and count the various categories of mail and present these numbers to their boss - only exceptional mail, with a lot of "sentiment" is presented for personal review - I try harder, with facts and numbers, to impress the reader hoping it'll end-up in the right pile, but the numbers are what impress the rep the most.
