Arizona police arrested 54-year-old Jerald Newman on suspicion of shoplifting video games for his grandson at Walmart. After the cuffed suspect complied, one of the officers tripped him face-first to the ground, knocking the man out cold. You know it's a sad situation when you hear people shout "call 911," and the cops are standing right there.
