Barbara Sheehan Sentenced to Five Years in Prison

The woman, who shot her husband 11 times after suffering years of abuse at his hands, was sentenced Thursday to five years in prison on a weapons charge. She was acquitted of murder, but convicted of gun possession ... the second gun that she used that day. Both firearms were lawfully possessed by her husband, a retired police officer.
